ZeroC has now completed contract negotiations with the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games for our 77 home scheme at Officer’s Field, Osprey Quay, Portland, to be used as the athletes village for the 2012 Olympics. Contracts were signed today.
Once the Olympics are finished 19 homes will be transferred to a Housing Association for affordable housing. The remaining 58 homes will be sold on the open market.
