We are building a range of highly contemporary 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.
Our chosen architects for this landmark project are the award winning London practice HTA.
We are committed to building the homes to Code Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and we will be incorporating biomass district heating, solar photovoltaics, wood pellet stoves and rainwater harvesting into the build.
Construction started in late September 2009 and the first homes will be ready for occupation in the late summer of 2010.
The homes will go on sale in early 2010.
